In these stressful and restless times where nobody has time for themselves, friends or family, Yoga Classes provide a way to reconnect. It relaxes the body, releases tension and rests the mind. It helps us discover our own spirit through breathing (pranayama), strength and flexibility exercises (asanas) and meditation (dhyana).
At Passion, Body & Soul, we offer classes on a Yoga Wall, as well as classic Yoga on the floor.
